Abrasives Area Division Leader, Mexico
Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world
As Abrasives Area Division Leader you will play a key role for delivering the grow plan for Mexico managing an empowered team and being responsible for introducing new products that will allow industries to be more productive catalyzed to the new technologies in the market in the division of Abrasives. In this role you will be able to drive excellence in sales execution implementing strategic direction and go-to-market plans, focusing on sales growth. Assign local resources to priorities, including reallocation based on customer segmentation/opportunity while leading and developing sales teams for growth.

Your Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (industrial, production) or other graduation linked to industrial expertise as Business administration




- Experienced in Industrial Channel management, JBPs, growth plans and management of go-to-market strategy in the different areas of the country
- Experienced in managing high performance teams
- Industrial sector knowledge, B2B experience, sales team management over 5 years’ experience
- English as business language
- Available to spent 70% on business trips
