Nexos Consuting is head-hunting for a Project Leader for Product Support Engineering for a leading World Class Manufactururer of Power Tools.
This position requires relocalization to Torreón, Coahuila and experience in Product Developement.
**Project Leader
- (Product Support Engineering)**
Responsible for leading engineering change projects that maintain the product throughout its life. Communicate, understand, interpret, coordinate and manage engineering changes for a successful outcome of the project.
**Qualifications and Knowledge**
- Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related career.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing area focused on product or design area.
- Knowledge of creating and reading mechanical, electrical drawings, BOM management.
- High knowledge of Engineering changes or new product launches (Desirable).
- High level of English.
- PCM or product life cycle work.

**Duties and Responsibilities**




- Coordinate activities with the multidisciplinary team for the success of the project.
- Coordinate and execute technical analysis in cases of feeding a root cause analysis.
- Correctly implement engineering changes in the organization.
- Supervise the electronics and PCB project team.
- Manage and coordinate the team in charge.
- Provide escalation support to the technical-electronic or project team.
- Escalate potential risks identified in time, and those that are identified as urgent, escalate them immediately for the correct allocation of resources.
- Allocate resources according to the needs and risks according to the projects and engineering changes.
- Provide support in general activities required by the department.
- Comply with the quality, safety and environmental policy of the company.
- Comply with the internal labor regulations.
- Comply with QMS requirements and policies.
