**Your New Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Training**: Organize and conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- ** Process Reengineering**: Facilitate design-thinking sessions and process reengineering workshops. Prepare and deliver materials to ensure successful implementation.
- ** Stakeholder Management**:
Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in business analysis, with involvement in diverse product and solution lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Solid understanding of the media and entertainment industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing technological landscape.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams effectively.
- Proven ability to present technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Public speaking and presentation expertise.
- Fluent in English.
