**Summary**:
1. Leads fast paced actions related to product, manufacturing, financial and other aspects of business.
2. Adheres to corporate practices and objectives to assure compliance with LUXSHARE-ICT standards.
3. Leads multi-area resources and interfaces with global stakeholders and offices.
4. High level of interaction with internal teams.
5. Supports and coordinates integral business initiatives as required.
6. Understands and provides coordination and advice on new businesses including but not limited to RFQ preparation.
7. Uses multicultural and multi-language communication skills to facilitate global business interactions.
Experiência y requisitos
**Responsibilities include**:
1. Visit customers regularly, maintain a good relationship with customers, investigate customer satisfaction, and support relevant departments to do internal improvements.
2. Manage the NPI cost & mass production cost, co-work with sales team to get best price and terms.
3. Responsible for handling customer's price reduction requirements or other commodities requirements from customers.
4.In the early period of NPI, cooperate with R&D;, engineering, quality, production and other units to promote the smooth trial run, and maintain continuous communication with customers, understand the latest progress of the project, and assist in handling anomalies.
5. Assist relevant dept. to do logistics customs declaration and payment cycle and other transaction model evaluations.
6. Assist the quality department to deal with customer complaints, promote worse improvement progress,



timely feedback to customer about quality requirements and deal with replacement and replenishment matters.
7. Check and invoice with customers timely according to customer's account period, deal with anomalies such as non-timely entry, cooperate with financial department to track overdue payment and deal with loan status
8. Other arranged work.
**Position requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 5+ years BPM related experience.
3. Intermediate knowledge of
business areas such as purchasing, new product introduction, customer
management, operational costs.
4. Have coordination ability,
organizational and project management skills.
5. Have strong English and Chinese
skills (English barrier-free communication).
6. Good team spirit and relationship
builder,
7. Have cross-departmental
communication and coordination ability, confident, self-motivated and have
certain ability to work under pressure.
8. Rigorous logical thinking, structured
and organized working methods.
