**JOB DETAIL**
- Setup and validation of test fixture and machine
- PCBA/SMT Strong knowlegde
- Management of product testing fixture and machine in production area
- Provide analysis on abnormal fails
- Analysis, verification and solution of test fixture, test procedure especially on fixture related issues of products.
- Develop and maintan repair processes
- Analyze products, components, or systems that have failed to identify the root cause of the failure
- Utilize tools such as scanning electron microscopes (SEM), x-ray imaging, and thermal analysis to study the failure
- Strong knowledge of materials, mechanical and electrical systems, failure mechanisms, and failure analysis tools and methods.
**EDUCATION AND SKILLS**




- Bachelor degree on electronic engineering
- 2 years of experience on similiar positions
- English 80%
- Experience in electronic companies
