**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- _Assure that the products are manufactured according to spec _on designs established by corporate offices in U.S.A. _
- _Promote modern manufacturing systems that ensure a competitive advantage. _
- _Develop the technicians that belong to the team. _
- _Maintain communication and information exchange among the engineering managers on corporate offices. _
- _Know the different standards applicable our products welding qualification as well as the several processes that are used within the different welding areas in order to be able to improve the process as needed. _
- _Knowledge on the welding qualification process in order to qualify a new process or different parameters in an existing one if needed. _
- _Knowledge on the variables that affect the performance of arc fusion welding process _

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- _Desirable at least two years on the industry as a manufacturing engineer _
- _Desirable knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, Flow Charts, Manufacturing procedures Interpretation of codes, knowledge of welding, Hydraulic systems, mechanical design, GD&T; _
- _Engineering degree compatible with the assigned area _
- _Masters’ degree desirable _
