Responsible for ensuring that the materials and components supplied to a company meet the required quality standards. This involves working closely with suppliers to define, establish, and enforce quality requirements, and to continuously improve the quality of supplied materials
**JOB DETAIL**
- Evaluate and certify new suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Conduct on-site supplier audits to assess manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
- Define quality standards and specifications for supplied materials and components.
- Develop and maintain supplier quality agreements and quality assurance procedures.
- Use advanced product quality planning (APQP) to ensure suppliers understand and meet expectation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement,



engineering, and manufacturing, to align on quality requirements and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier quality performance, audit findings, and corrective actions.
**SKILLS AND EDUCATION**
- Bachelor degree un Engineering
- 3 years of experience in similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and systems (FMEA, PPAP, SPC)
- English 75% or higher
