**Maintenance Supervisor**
This position is responsible for ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment in the facility (productive and non-productive), ensuring proper work safety procedures, and reducing downtime.
Responsible for executing corrective and preventive maintenance in the plant, coordinating a qualified technical labor team in specialties such as: Mechanics, Electronics, Pneumatics, Robotics, etc.
**EDUCATION**:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics / Automation and Control / Electronic Engineering
- MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Provides leadership to the technical personnel assigned to work orders in order to effectively close them with high standards of quality, reliability and safety
- Ensures the correct operation of the machinery and verifies at all times that the technicians are working on the indicated priorities
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities of production lines, ensuring their operation
- Assign maintenance jobs based on priorities
- Direction, management and motivation of maintenance teams
- Make a record at the end of the shift reporting the progress of scheduled PM activities, as well as the solution of problems affecting production
- Ensure that the level of quality of the work carried out by the technicians satisfactorily meets the customer's expectations (Production)
- Deliver the daily activity plan to mechanics on their shift using a lean daily management methodology
- Provide the necessary support and supervision to technicians to repair any problems related to machinery and peripheral equipment
- Research analysis,



repair and generation of action plans to meet maintenance metric goals.
- Support in the implementation of preventive and corrective actions of ISO9001 quality and ISO14000 safety system, OSHAS18001
- Make daily reports (report of downtime, relevant activities) weekly, MTTR-MTBF of the maintenance area through the control of indicators
- At the start of the shift, review the progress of the previous shift's activities and confirm with production the priorities and availability of the team.
- Manage the team in the best technical practices establishing standard procedures, while advising and leading the team
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the work area
**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:
- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and maintenance technical skills
- Knowledge in TPM and implementation in plant machinery.
- Experience in handling PLC's Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, interpretation of staircase diagrams, CNC (Knowledge or experience in robotics systems)
- Experience in performing maintenance on fanuc robots
- Knowledge in the maintenance of direct and alternating current motors, servo motors, inverters, inverters, visualizers and HMI encoders
- Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic diagrams




- Experience in measuring instruments such as: megohmmeter, multimeter, calibrators
- Knowledge of computer packaging such as Windows, Office, ERP preventive maintenance module such as M3 or MP desirable. PLC programs such as TIA PORTAL V15, SIMOTION

Minimum work experience of 6 years in processes, production, continuous improvement. Experience in world-class companies and automotive metalworking gyro with robust QMS. **Availability to roll 3 shifts.**
