In your new role you will:
- Plan and schedule work **independently**to meet goals and deliverables based on general directions.
- Impact regular and independent **decision-making**limited to the attainment of project objectives.
- Execute structured standard **tasks**in own area of responsibility, that are routine. Senior colleagues deliver close guidance and direction as well as on-the-job training.
- Have Customer **Communication**and be the first entry point for customer requests. Provide first-level response and channel the request internally
- Be responsible for **Escalation Management**:Able to execute guided escalation
- Interface with different **customer departments**, warranting a professional relationship, and oversee Relationship Management
- Attend customer meetings & calls to discuss ongoing topics, review service levels, and **build relationships**.
- Prepare **pricing**for commercial offers for customers with the support of BU and the account manager in the SAP CRM tool.
- Support Account Manager on the monthly **sales forecast**updates. It could be one region/a few products or a few locations in the S&OP; tool.
- Work on Yearly **price Negotiation**: Support Account Manager with RFQ data verification (RFQ data processing. Less complex data).
- Prepare data for **Volume Price Agreements**(VPA), track VPA fulfillment, adjust backlog for new pricing
- Process **sample requests**from the customer through ISaR; track & expedite the delivery of samples. Support data entry into CRM Dynamics according to guidance from FAE or AM.




- Provide Simple **analysis guided**by clear instructions from the supervisor, update predefined reports such as RMextract_Dragon Cube_CEBIS+ Cube
- Clear accounts by **credit limit**check, clarification of overdue and differences Prices & tax in alignment with AM; credit & debit notes creation in ERP system
- Send **documents**to the customer if not automated.
- Coordinate **contracts**between customer and internal departments one.g. LOA, EDI, SBI, CRA logistics, NDA, and settlement agreements.
**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A **College degree**or 3-4 years of work experience in a similar field.
- Ability to operate, align, and collaborate with cross-functional and general teams.
- Ability to speak **English**. German speaking is a plus.
- Experience with Excel and **Microsoft Dynamics**:
- Experience navigating and using a **CRM**:
- Basic **customer and sales**support skills.
- **Service-oriented**attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A sense of **responsiveness,**both timely and completeness.
- The Ability to **drive closure**with diverse personnel throughout the corporation. Individual contributor; may need close supervision.




- Ability to receive **detailed instructions**from your direct manager.
- Mindset to **Champion customer**causes to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and company.
