**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or related commercial areas (preferred).
- Knowledge of the real estate market in the Riviera Maya (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated for professional development.
- Basic knowledge of technology tools and CRM platforms (training will be provided).
- English is mandatory. Another language is desirable.
