**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for maintaining control of all raw material purchase transactions for mold manufacturing, development of national and international suppliers, knowledge of Incoterms and customs costs.
- Responsible for searching and evaluating suppliers of different types, **not limited to MRO/ MRP** but should have experience in buying machinery and equipment from International reputed manufacturers.
- Responsible for searching and evaluating suppliers of different types of Capital Assets, Fixed Assets, Plant and Machinery, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- ERP system for purchasing fixed assets, raw materials and MRO for mold manufacturing.
**Mandatory requirements**:
- Should have experience in handling International contracts with overseas suppliers
- Should have experience in buying Capital asset equipment like, Cranes, EDM & CNC machines, Conventional grinding machines, SMT machines and other plant and machinery equipment from overseas suppliers.
- Should have track record of closing International purchases and should have experience in team handling etc.
- Should have experience in buying raw materials like Steel, Graphite, Mold and Tooling Raw materials in prior jobs.:
- Experience in evaluation and certification of suppliers of fixed assets, steel and electrodes.
- Basic knowledge of Material Technology
- Basic knowledge of customs and logistics procedures




- Basic knowledge of running ERP system reports for purchasing materials
- Knowledge of delivery time and costs related to maritime, land and aerial.
- Basic knowledge of negotiation and escalation.
- Prepare and process purchase forms, such as purchase orders, contracts independent; obtains appropriate business documentation to validate, prepare, assign and track supplier numbers; Verify that it is suitable and check that there is availability of funds.
- Perform tasks assigned by your Manager.
- Prior Experience required in purchasing molding machines, CNC, lathe, milling machine, grinding machine, air conditioners, cooling towers, etc.
- Prior Experience required in purchasing tool room equipment, ovens, assembly lines, conveyors, etc.
- Productivity Extensive experience in managing ERP systems for purchasing raw materials for mold manufacturing.
- Evaluation and certification of steel and electrode suppliers.
- **Excellent in communication, organized to deal with suppliers, make negotiations and obtain the best prices for the company, obtain supplies, steel, etc. to have them in the plant in the shortest possible time and in a timely manner.**
**Experience**:
- Purchases: 2 years (mandatory)
- **Fixed Asset purchases: 2 years mandatory**:
- MRP purchases. Negotiations, Supplier contract specifications, ERP systems.
- Management of the English language at a conversational level.
