Leading new company in Modular and prefabricated houses for USA
Looking for an energetic Construction Production Manager, with
experience or knowledge in prefabricated construction techniques.
**General**
**Functions**:
- Oversee that all materials required to build our
modules are received at the line and assembled promptly to avoid delays
in the production processes while tracking scrap.
- Oversee that all materials used for the
production process comply with the required quality standards.
- Review the production process to identify quality
management and improvement opportunities.
- Review approved drawings to make sure
information released to the production department is clear and accurate for the
construction of the units.
- Oversee all construction methods are performed
according to the manufacturer's installation instructions.
- Support the transporting company when pulling out of




the factory for delivery to avoid damaging the unit.
Experiência y requisitos
1. Bachelor's degree in **Construction Management, architecture, Civil Engineering or related**.
2. Minimum of **5 years of experience** in the **homes prefabricated or modular construction** or manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of modular **home construction processes and techniques.**
