As a Labor Relations Chief you will ensure compliance with the legal framework, manage and resolve the problems related to the Company's relationship with the Union, as well as administer the benefits and benefits considered within the CCT, to maintain a healthy work environment.
**You rol will be**:**
Responsible for the human resources management function including the administration and supervision of day to day activities of the consulting and administrative staff that comprise the HR function.
**Your profile needs this qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Management or related field
- Experience with CCT Negotiation, Management of labor conflicts, Management of labor terminations, Statistical analysis, Implementation of improvements, Federal Labor Law and Internal Labor Regulations.

- 5 years of simiar experience
