**Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work within MS Excel and HubSpot CRM to support sales and marketing data needs
- Assist in processing and validating customer and lead data
- Help generate regular reports and analytics for various stakeholders
- Support the maintenance of process and procedure documentation
- Assist in handling time-sensitive data requests efficiently
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members
- Collaborate with the Sales Ops team to support departmental goals
- Support the Sales Operations Analyst with additional projects as needed
**Required Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills




- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with natural curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with CRM systems (particularly HubSpot)
- Coursework in data analysis or business analytics
