Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. - Proficient in computer skills, with familiarity in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. - Demonstrates professional telephone etiquette.



- Prior experience in a call center setting is beneficial. - Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - A commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality is essential for success in this role.
