**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively generate leads and close sales over the phone.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Master our cleaning service packages to upsell effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients to foster loyalty and gain referrals.
**Compensation**:
- **Training**: $3/hour.
- **Post-Training**: $5/hour.
- **Bonuses**: Generous sales commissions + fixed fee per client.
- **Contract**: Work through Upwork.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent **English** (required); Spanish is a plus.
- Proven sales experience (preferably in services).
- Tech-savvy and organized.
- Must work Miami time zone hours.
Pay: $16,000.00 per month
