**Job purpose**
The Head of Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in defining and driving the execution of the ensuring supply strategy for the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) business, both in the short and long term horizons, for maximum customer satisfaction. The role involves strategic planning, coordination, and optimization of all supply chain activities, from understanding customer demand, to ensuring correct demand signals are sent to the production sites, and efficient and cost effective warehousing and distribution of CHC products.
He/She is accountable for a robust,



stable and sustainable Integrated Business Planning process aligning business and operations with the growth ambition, a Customer Care function effectively carrying out the order to cash process and delivering excellent customer experience, and an efficient Warehousing and Distribution operations enabling on time in full deliveries to our customers.
In addition, the role includes overseeing the development and management of the supply chain budget, reviewing and optimizing supply chain performance with the appropriate quality, cost, and service metrics, and driving continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Lead the organization's demand and supply planning strategy for the next 24 months
- Manage IBP, import and export processes for group two, acting as a focal point for managing the business for export clients.
- Create a demand planning strategy in accordance with the analysis of financial information, market share, revenue, sales reports and commercial strategy
- Transversal work in marketing, sales, supply and regulatory areas
- Understand the business needs for the proper planning and implementation of the company's Integrated Business Planning in the SOCOPAC region
- Manage the plant purchasing plan.
- About you _
- **Education**:Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a related field
- Deep knowledge and understanding of supply chain management principles, processes,



technologies and best in class practices
- Strong understanding of and experience in planning, customer service, inventory management, warehousing and distribution; familiarity with supply chain analytics, forecasting, and optimization tools is also beneficial
- Preferably with prior manufacturing and supply experience
- Proven track track record of aligning supply chain strategies with overall business objectives, driving cost efficiencies, and optimizing operational performance
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills, capable of resolving and closing complex supply chain challenges
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in supply chain management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, data analytics tools, and other relevant technologies is increasingly important; knowledge of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and Internet of Things (IoT) in the context of supply chain management can be an added advantage
- Results-driven team player, able to balance integral and regional objectives and requirements with local/market demands
