**Position**:Director - IT Transformation, Quality Engineering

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Director of IT Transformation - Quality Engineering to lead innovation and excellence in test automation, AI-driven quality engineering, and process transformation. This role is pivotal in modernizing quality engineering practices by leveraging end-to-end test lifecycle automation, AI-enabled efficiencies, digital labor, and process automation to drive cost-efficiencies and elevate quality outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Leadership & Client Engagement**
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for the client, ensuring alignment with their digital transformation and automation goals in Quality Engineering.
- Establish and foster trusted relationships, ensuring transparency and consistent value delivery.
- Govern the execution of test automation, AI-enabled testing, and process optimization to drive cost efficiencies and improved quality.
- Ensure compliance with Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW), delivering measurable business outcomes.
**2. Innovation & Quality Engineering Transformation**
- Architect and lead a transformation roadmap to integrate end-to-end test lifecycle automation, AI-driven test design/develop/execution and reporting. Identify use-cases for process automation and implement it across the client’s IT ecosystem.
- Identify and implement AI-enabled quality engineering strategies to optimize test case design, test-data-management, execution, defect detection, defect coordination, and predictive analytics for proactive quality management.
- Foster the adoption of digital labor (AI-powered bots, self-healing automation, and intelligent testing) to accelerate testing cycles and reduce manual effort.




- Continuously assess and enhance test data management, environment provisioning, and performance engineering strategies.
- Proactively gather non-functional-requirements and provide coverage utilizing AI enabled tools and accelerators.
**3. Business Growth & Value Creation**
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand automation-driven quality engineering services, aligning with the client’s strategic digital transformation goals.
- Develop business cases for AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA) to enhance testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ROI through automation-led cost savings and improved test effectiveness.
**4. Operational Excellence & Team Leadership**
- Oversee the general delivery of automation-driven testing services, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
- Manage budgets, optimize resource utilization, and drive a culture of continuous innovation and accountability.Mentor and develop a high-performing, AI-enabled testing team, fostering a culture of learning and transformation.
**Qualifications & Expertise**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT services, with a strong focus on test automation, AI-driven testing, and digital transformation.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end test lifecycle automation, AI/ML-driven testing, RPA,



and intelligent process automation.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale quality engineering transformations for global clients.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, cloud-based test automation frameworks.
- Experience in financial management (budgets, P&L;) with a focus on cost reduction through automation.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Expertise in AI-driven test management tools, self-healing automation frameworks, and predictive analytics.Knowledge of modern test-automation tools such as Selenium, Tosca, Cypress, Appium, EggPlant, AI-driven test platforms, and performance engineering tools.
