**Your Job**
Are you passionate about human resources and looking to make a meaningful impact in a global organization? As a Generalist in HR at Koch Industries, you will manage and coordinate all activities related to personnel administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes, absence and turnover management, pre-payroll administration, promotions, benefits, labor relations, and more. You will act as a crucial link between HR and employees, ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to and resolving any personnel-related conflicts or issues.
**Our Team**
You will be part of the General Shared Plants (GSP) division, based in Guadalajara, and report directly to the HR Business Partner (HRBP). Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional HR support and services, fostering a positive work environment, and driving continuous improvement in all HR processes.
**What You Will Do**
- Manage personnel system changes in SAP, including new hires, system changes, cost center updates, promotions, and scheduling.
- Provide comprehensive personnel services such as handling vacation requests, badge replacements, and resignation processing.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for direct personnel, ensuring accurate document review, contract management, and information capture.
- Administer and maintain HR-related documents and records.
- Address and manage labor conflicts, providing effective conflict resolution.
- Support employee recognition events and manage personnel services.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Business, or Human Resources.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, ESLABON, and IDSE systems.
- Basic understanding of the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
- Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes for operational roles.
- Proficiency in managing personnel system changes and documentation.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- English proficiency at A2-B1 level.
- Knowledge of IMSS, Infonavit regulations, and relevant government dependencies.
- Familiarity with codes of conduct, ethics, environmental norms, and health and safety standards such as RBA, OSHAS 18000, and ISO 14001.
