We are searching for a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Senior Business Analyst** to join our team.
Your role will focus on elevating IT solutions by thoroughly analyzing business needs and collaborating with project teams to ensure we meet and exceed those requirements. Your expertise will be crucial for ensuring understanding, documenting specifics, and paving the way for successful implementation.
**Responsibilities**
- Gather business requirements through direct interaction with stakeholders
- Analyze and document functional, interface, and non-functional requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate test cases for software solutions
- Assist the business team during user acceptance testing
- Handle first-level queries from the business team by analyzing and providing solutions
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of software solutions with business needs
- Foster teamwork among IT and business team members
- Utilize knowledge of Agile methodology to streamline project execution
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in requirements analysis and documentation
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Background in Agile methodologies
- Competency in fostering effective teamwork
- Knowledge of DE/eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with SQL
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Experience with data analysis tools
