We are seeking a **Digital Product Owner** to lead multiple product teams focused on enhancing the client onboarding experience through innovative digital solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the accountable leader for one or more complex systems, orchestrating cross-functional product teams to achieve strategic goals
- Partner with the Product Manager of Client Onboarding & Accounts Technology to align execution strategies with the developed product roadmap
- Manage systems plans, including resource allocations, stakeholder needs, dependencies, timelines, and milestones, to ensure delivery of business value
- Expand Product Management and Design Thinking capabilities within the organization to enhance product development
- Attract, develop, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a commitment to ongoing development and a culture of excellence
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance to fulfill the overall product vision
- Collaborate with adjacent product teams to ensure cohesive strategy progression and consistency across products
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or related field
- Thorough comprehension of financial services concepts, practices, particularly in client onboarding or contact relationship systems
- Strong analytical capabilities with a detail-oriented mindset
- Resilience in overcoming ambiguity to ensure project delivery
- Proven leadership abilities to delegate tasks and direct work efficiently
- Team-oriented approach with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across various organizational levels
- Profound understanding of full-cycle software development with experience in an Agile framework
- Devotion to product success with a robust sense of ownership and a product-oriented mindset




- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1)
