We are seeking a skilled and meticulous **Lead Business Analyst** to join our team.
Your role will be centered around enhancing IT solutions by meticulously analyzing business needs and collaborating with project teams to ensure all requirements are met and surpassed. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring comprehension, documenting details, and facilitating successful implementation.
**Responsibilities**
- Engage directly with stakeholders to collect business requirements
- Document and analyze functional, interface, and non-functional requirements
- Develop and keep updated test cases for software solutions
- Support the business team during user acceptance testing
- Resolve first-level inquiries from the business team by providing analysis and solutions
- Work with project teams to align software solutions with business objectives
- Promote teamwork between IT and business team members
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in requirements analysis and documentation
- Analytical skills to address complex problems
- Background in Agile methodologies
- Competency in fostering effective teamwork
- Communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of DE/eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with SQL
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Capability to utilize data analysis tools
