**Responsibilities**
- Create and Manage Data Sources: Set up and configure data sources within Salesforce Data Cloud for effective data management
- Develop Data Ingestion Processes: Build and maintain robust Data Cloud ingestion pipelines to integrate data from various sources into Data Cloud
- Perform Data Harmonization: Ensure data consistency and accuracy through effective data harmonization techniques with creation of DLOs and DMOs
- Create Calculated Insights: Build calculated insights to create formulas, joins, and aggregations across Data Cloud objects
- Design Segmentation Strategies: Create and manage customer segmentation for targeted marketing and personalized customer experiences
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of Data Cloud experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform
- Advanced experience with all aspects of Salesforce Data Cloud including data harmonization, segmentation, calculated insights, and activations
- Salesforce-related certifications preferred (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)

- Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL tools
