We are seeking a **Senior Platform Engineer** to design, implement, and improve our new CI/CD solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop new CI/CD solutions to enhance business operations
- Automate fragmental and predominantly manual workflows
- Write comprehensive documentation and runbooks for newly implemented technologies
- Investigate and identify issues within the existing CI/CD solutions
- Propose and implement improvements without direct supervision
- Present and explain solution decisions directly to customers
- Provide ideas and recommendations for various automation projects
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in CI/CD concepts, including knowledge of recent market trends, common pitfalls, and best practices
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering complex CI/CD solutions
- Production-level expertise in AWS and VMware
- Competency in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Skills in Bash, Powershell, and Python scripting
- Knowledge of Ansible and Hashicorp tools including Terraform, Packer, Vault, and Consul
- Understanding of version control workflows with Git and Perforce
- Ability to work independently and collaborate directly with customers
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
**Nice to have**
- Prior experience with large-scale automation projects
- Certifications in AWS, VMware, or Kubernetes management
- Familiarity with additional scripting or programming languages
