We are looking for a **Lead Platform Engineer** to craft, apply, and enhance our upcoming CI/CD solutions.
The selected individual will be charged with the task of advancing and automating manual workflows, as well as creating effective documentation and runbooks. This position calls for a proactive person who is capable of analyzing current systems, making decisions independently, and directly interacting with customers to offer customized solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Create and implement new CI/CD solutions to improve business operations
- Transform fragmental and primarily manual workflows into automated processes
- Develop comprehensive documentation and runbooks for newly implemented technologies
- Examine and pinpoint issues within the current CI/CD solutions
- Suggest and execute improvements independently
- Detail and clarify solution decisions to customers directly
- Generate ideas and suggestions for various automation projects
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in CI/CD concepts, including understanding of recent market trends, common pitfalls, and best practices
- 5+ years of administering complex CI/CD solutions
- 1+ years in a relevant leadership role
- Production-level expertise in AWS and VMware
- Competency in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Skills in Bash, Powershell, and Python scripting
- Knowledge of Ansible and Hashicorp tools including Terraform, Packer, Vault, and Consul
- Understanding of version control workflows with Git and Perforce
- Capacity to work independently and collaborate directly with customers
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

- Previous involvement in large-scale automation projects
- Certifications related to AWS, VMware, or Kubernetes management
