We are currently looking for a **QA Engineer (Manual Testing)** to work on our ongoing eCommerce projects and ensure the delivery of world-class experiences. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and functionality of our Shopify-based websites and digital experiences. - Experienced in **manual QA testing**, particularly in eCommerce and Shopify platforms.
- Familiar with **testing methodologies** and able to document, report, and track defects effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
**Test Planning & Strategy**
- Estimate, prioritize, and plan **quality control tests** for eCommerce websites.
- Develop **test strategies and plans**, defining key test scenarios and success criteria.
- Create **detailed and structured test cases** to cover all aspects of website functionality.
**Test Execution & Quality Assurance**
- Execute **manual tests** based on the established test plan, including:
- **Smoke Tests**: Validate the initial status of a website (new client onboarding or initial site delivery).
- **Component Tests**: Verify individual features and functionalities.
**User Experience & Usability Testing**
- Evaluate overall **user experience**, including navigation and intuitive design.
- Conduct thorough **visual tests** to ensure consistency between design files (Figma) and live development.




- Identify UX/UI issues that could impact **conversion rates** and suggest improvements.
**Defect Management & Documentation**
- Document and report test results using **project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar).**:
- Identify recurring issues and **collaborate with developers** to establish action plans for resolution.
**Collaboration & Continuous Improvement**
- Work closely with **development and design teams** to refine testing processes.
- Suggest **improvements** based on test results and recurring issues.
- Contribute to the **evolution of quality control standards and procedures** across development stages.
**Experience & Skills**:
- **2+ years** of experience in **manual QA testing** for digital products (preferably eCommerce/Shopify projects).
- Strong understanding of **QA methodologies, processes, and lifecycle**.
- Experience testing **Shopify-based websites** and eCommerce platforms (preferred).
- Familiarity with **Figma** for visual comparisons and UI testing.
- Knowledge of **cross-browser testing** and responsive design validation.
- Experience with **basic HTML/CSS debugging** is a plus.
