**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- **Opening and processing real estate files** with precision.
- **Accurately entering and managing contact information** in our system.
- **Communicating with clients, agents, and stakeholders** to gather missing details when necessary.
- **Ensuring all data is complete,



correct, and processed on time.**:
- **Maintaining confidentiality and compliance** with industry regulations.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Meticulous attention to detail** - accuracy is everything!
- **Experience handling legal documents**, especially in real estate, is a plus.
- **Strong English skills** - both written and verbal communication are essential.
- **Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.**:

- **Comfortable picking up the phone** and talking to US clients as needed.
**Must-Haves**:
- Reliable internet connection & appropriate computer hardware
- Professional fluency in English
- Confidence in making calls when necessary
