We are looking for a skilled **Lead Web Analyst** to join our Analytics Implementation team at Google.
As the lead, you will play a critical role in configuring and maintaining Google Analytics for multiple websites, focusing on optimizing tagging implementation, improving data collection, and delivering comprehensive reporting. This role will enable you to empower our business partners with actionable insights and support informed decision-making across the organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics Report Suites and data collection containers
- Manage tag implementation and configuration using Google Tag Manager
- Verify data accuracy and ensure reliable reporting for business stakeholders
- Develop and design dashboards and reports in Google Analytics Workspace to deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data relevancy and support business objectives
- Facilitate seamless integration between Google Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in configuring Google Analytics, focusing on Report Suites, data layer design, and custom variables
- Skills in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Google Analytics Workspace
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and capability to implement and validate tagging strategies across multiple websites
- Background in integrating Google Analytics with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for precise data tracking
- Expertise in creating actionable reports and dashboards aligned with business objectives
- Strong understanding of KPIs and capability to transform data into meaningful business recommendations
- Adeptness in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Advanced certifications in Google Analytics
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in web analytics settings
