**Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed analysis of documented scientific business processes
- Perform user interviews and workshops to capture specific workflow requirements for implementation in LabVantage LIMS
- Analyze requirements and map them accurately to LabVantage functionalities
- Analyze systems for potential workflows and data migration strategies from other LIMS to LabVantage
- Explore potential integrations of LabVantage with other platforms and tools
- Engage in-depth with various laboratory processes including Plant Analysis Group, Transient Transformation, Nucleic Acid Sequencing Lab, and initiate planning for Mass Sec Lab implementation for upcoming projects
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the life sciences sector
- Demonstrated experience in the LIMS domain and familiarity with molecular biology laboratories
- Direct experience with LV LIMS is preferred, though experience with other LIMS in the life sciences field is acceptable
- Proven track record of gathering user requirements directly from laboratory scientists
- Ability to assist in test case creation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution
- Experience collaborating with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to deliver solutions
- Proficient in creating user stories using JIRA and documenting user requirements in Confluence
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
