**Amer Sports** is on the lookout for an ambitious **SAP SD Consultant**. In this role, you'll be part of a pioneering team, empowered not only to tackle diverse integral SAP support requirements but also to shape the very fabric of our processes and company standards. **What you will be doing**:
- Managing SAP incidents of 2nd or 3rd Level Support.
- Definition and coordination of support processes in SAP area.
- Training of Business Key Users.
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing processes, implementing system changes, configuration of the SAP system.
- Working on implementation of SAP system in new entities, warehouses, etc. if necessary.
- Tight and active communication with international SAP Teams.
**What you need to succeed**:
- At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in **SD module**.
- Experience with **SAP AFS** solution and knowledge **of ABAP Workbench** will be an asset.
- Good knowledge of **ITIL** procedures, in particular processes in incident management.
- Fluent **English**.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
