We're seeking for an Onboarding Success Executive to join our expanding team.
A fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same - bring your experience into a newly developed position. This role will provide additional support to manage the live tasks for the Onboarding Success Team, ensuring that all customer queries are addressed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities of the role:
- **Customer Onboarding**:
- Conduct personalized welcome calls based on tailored scripts for each customer segment (Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Property Managers, Developers/Builders, Real Estate Photographers, Short Term Rental Companies).
- Conduct live webinars and answer chats for prerecorded webinars for standard onboarding processes.
**System Familiarization**:
**Sales and Cross-Selling**:
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling during onboarding and follow-up calls.
- Highlight relevant services based on customer segment and individual needs.
**Record Keeping**:
- Use BB Admin to document all customer interactions and preferences.
- Maintain detailed customer profiles in the internal system, including preferences, logos, and job history.
- Assign customers to account managers for tracking and reporting on spend.
**Communication and Coordination**:
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Key Accounts, Production Support and Renders teams for smooth handovers.
- Use designated communication channels for efficient information sharing.
**Training & Development**:
- Actively share insights and successful strategies with colleagues to foster a culture of learning and improvement across teams.
- Prioritize the growth and enhancement of exceptional onboarding techniques and customer engagement strategies, establishing a benchmark for other teams within the organization.
As this role is home-based, you will need to have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and an appropriate workspace. Availability for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, is essential. Your own laptop or computer will be required.
Compensation aligns with the pertinent salary brackets for an Onboarding Success Executive in your area.
