**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Work with Ajax, JavaScript, and PHP to enhance site functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug WordPress-related issues.
- Optimize website performance and ensure responsive design.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager (Emiliana) and team members on project requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
**Requirements**:
- **
Experience with WordPress as a CMS**(themes, plugins, customizations).
- ** Proficiency in JavaScript, Ajax, and PHP**.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with WordPress hooks, filters, and API integrations.
- Experience with debugging tools and version control systems (Git is a plus).
- ** Intermediate English proficiency**(written communication is key, as Emiliana only speaks English).




- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress.
- Basic understanding of MySQL and database optimization.
