**Job description.**
Support and lead various improvement initiatives and corrective actions related to Product Development, Production, Sourcing, Facility/Space Management, Scheduling/Planning, Quality Systems & Operations in general.
- Good Communication Skills with at least 80% effectiveness in Spanish/English Translation (verbal and written)
- 5 years of related experience
- Familiar with ISO standards.
- Proficient in Project Management and Document Management
- Good Soft Skills (ie. relatable leadership, communication, and proactive)
**Activities**.
- Coordinate investigations and corrective actions relating to Internally or Externally initiated non-conformance issues.
- Enhance measurement systems for Quality and support other teams in an ongoing effort to improve effectiveness of measurements.
- Promote and use statistical and lean manufacturing tools.
- Provide Support for Visual Management tools throughout the organization.
- Identify and implement error prevention or POK/YOK tools and systems where feasible.
- Support and assist in training, coaching, and maintaining core processes as identified through Quality/Business Manual.




- Participate and help lead internal audits, including reports and follow up actions.
- Provide direction in developing inspection plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Help facilitate a comprehensive adoption of Quality Management System in Juarez location
- Provide global support for business needs at domestic locations and internationally as needs arise.

**Requirements**:
- English level advanced.
- 5 years of related experience.
- Familiar with ISO standards.
- Bachelor Degree, or equivalent in Engineering
- Good Communication Skills with at least 80% effectiveness in Spanish/English Translation
