**Location**: Hermosillo, MX _(Onsite)_
**Salary**: Competitive Base + **Commissions & Bonuses**
**Schedule**: Mon-Fri (mornings, full time)
**Start Date**:March 3rd, 2025** _(Training starts at 8:00 AM)_
**About the Role**
We are hiring **outbound sales agents** to join our growing team! You will be reaching out to **potential customers in the U.S. farming market**, introducing them to our premium subscription-based service that provides **market insights and digital tools** to help them make better business decisions.
- **NO cold calls to random leads!** You will be contacting potential customers who have had past interactions with the brand or shown interest in similar services.
- **100% Sales Focused** - If you thrive on **persuasion, closing deals, and earning commissions**, this is the job for you!
**Salary & Commission Structure**
- **Week 1 - Paid Training**:$3,500 MXN gross**:
- **Weeks 2-4**:
- **Base Salary**:$4,000 MXN gross per week** _(45 hours/week required) _**+ commisions**_
- **Performance Bonuses**:
- **$500 MXN for 10+ weekly sales.**
- **Week 5 and Beyond (Post-Training Phase)**:
- **Base Salary Adjustment to $3,500 MXN per week**:
- The initial **$500 subsidy** in the first month was to **support the learning curve**, but now, with a stronger grasp of the calls, agents will make **higher earnings through commissions.**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
✔ Contact U.S.based farmers and agribusiness owners to present the benefits of our digital service.
✔ Engage in consultative selling to **understand their needs and close sales.**
✔ **Handle objections confidently** and provide excellent customer service.
**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Fluent English speakers** (C1 level or higher) - Strong verbal communication skills required.
- **Proven outbound sales experience** - This is a **high-energy, high-performance sales role!**:
- **Results-driven mindset** - You love **closing deals and earning commissions.**:
- **Ability to work onsite in Hermosillo.**:
- **Strong objection-handling & persuasion skills.**
