**World Renowned Cellular Performance Institute Looking For Medical Assistant**
The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for a Medical Assistant to assist healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care.
We are considered by many to be the world’s premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.
**Responsibilities**:
- Order plasma, platelets and blood from the blood bank.
- Edit, print and deliver patient calendars.
- Create and print the patients list for weekly meetings.
- Schedule external procedures if necessary.
- Schedule consultations with specialists and external doctors.
- Schedule and follow up on imaging studies: MRI, PET, CT, Densitometry, etc.
- Request biopsy analysis.
- Medical record sorting.
- Schedule imaging appointments for patients.
- Perform X-ray requisition for patients.
- Control and processing of imaging study records
- Handling medical insurance claims, understanding of medical procedure codes (CPT),



and diagnosis codes (ICD-10).
**Requirements**:
- Written/verbal English proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Medical-related technical/professional degree (desirable).
- Customer service attitude and experience.
- MS Office and G-Suite proficiency.
- Multitasking, including experience with google workspace.
- Ability to work with medical image storage, visualization, and distribution systems compatible with DICOM.

**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday 9AM - 6:30PM
**Salary**:
- $17,641.20 MXN monthly before taxes.
