General accounting of the company in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting obligations, with special focus on the proper management and recovery of VAT balances, optimizing cash flow and ensuring adherence to current regulations..
- Record, classify and reconcile the company's accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in due time and form.
- Supervise compliance with tax obligations (VAT, income tax, withholdings, etc.).
- Coordinate and file monthly and annual tax returns before the SAT.
- Ensure the correct issuance, reception and validation of CFDIs.
- Generate accounting and tax reports for decision making.
- Prepare and submit VAT refund requests to the SAT.
- Analyze credit balances and validate compliance with applicable tax legislation.
- Gather and validate supporting documentation: DIOT, balance sheet, invoices, pedimentos, etc.
- Follow up on audits and reviews by the tax authority.
- Monitor status of returns, respond to requests and propose corrections when necessary.




- Implement improvements in accounting processes to facilitate future VAT refunds.
Experiência y requisitos
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting (degree, preferably with professional license).
- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (graduate).
- Experience: 2+ years in general accounting.
- Technical knowledge:
- Financial Reporting Standards (NIF)
- Federal Tax Code, VAT Law, ISR (Income Tax)
- Miscellaneous tax rules
- Tax returns (monthly, annual)
- Management of accounting ERP (COI, CONTPAQi, SAP, etc.)
- Analysis of accounting accounts and tax integrations
