- Develop the demand and inventory plan to ensure continuous product availability.
- Identify areas for improvement in Supply Chain processes and execute proposals to enhance efficiency and simplify workflows.




- Coordinate and oversee the interaction with key vendors for product importation and local analysis.
- Lead project committees to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (Forecast Error, Forecast Stability, Inventory in Range, OTIF, etc.), identify root causes, and ensure the execution of action plans for continuous improvement.
