**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical advice to customers based on corporate guidelines and technical bulletins to ensure customer satisfaction and meet contractual quality, financial, cost, and time targets.
- Advise on routine maintenance and minor corrective scheduled maintenance in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer's manuals and Prudent Industry Practices.
- Conduct periodic training for customer staff on various issues related to the operation and maintenance of the power plant in coordination with the Client.




- Assist and guide Client's personnel during emergent corrective maintenance interventions to restore power plant operations.
- Participate in minor maintenance activities and support Wärtsilä FS team during major overhauls.
- Maintain continuous, efficient, and timely communication with your immediate supervisor regarding consulting tasks performance.
- Report any issues or situations that may jeopardize the business relationship with the client to the Line Manager.
- Adhere to all legal requirements applicable to Wärtsilä business.
- Comply with customer safety, health, and environmental regulations at the power plant.
**Qualifications**:
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of Wärtsilä engines.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in predictive maintenance analysis, alignment, thermography, and non-destructive testing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Wärtsilä, combining operational and trend analysis expertise, along with knowledge of maintenance routines.
- Ability to analyze trends effectively.
- Preferred educational background in mechanical or electromechanical engineering.
