**Job Description**:
**Purpose Statement**:As a Senior Quality Technician, my mission is to ensure product excellence through meticulous quality control measures, leveraging my experience and expertise to uphold the highest standards of quality assurance while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems
**Key Job Accountabilities**:
- Lead and support quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes of issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, site, and regional teams to drive efficiency and standardization.
- Monitors own work to ensure quality standard is met and well as looks for opportunities to improve quality and eliminate waste at work. Keeps Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior quality technicians, and keeps supervisors informed and escalates issues when needed.
- Act as a liaison with suppliers and customers regarding quality-related matters, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
**Education/Experience Qualifications**:
- Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience. A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required; an Associate’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Three (3)
year of related experience is required; Five (5) or more years of related experience is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
