Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:
- **Project Planning**: Defining project scope, goals, objectives, tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- **Team Leadership**: Motivating, guiding, and supporting team members to achieve project goals.
- **Resource Management**: Allocating and managing resources (human, financial, and material) effectively.
- **Budget Management**: Tracking and controlling project costs to stay within budget.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues,



and taking corrective actions.
- **Communication**: Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring that the project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- **Project Closure**: Ensuring that all project activities are completed and that the project is formally closed.
