KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals
- Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and cost efficiencies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives




- Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies in conventional and non conventional machining such as turning, milling, grinding, EDM and WEDM
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements
- Excellent leadership and people management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Advanced English
- Knowledge on Catia, nx, solidworks
- Availability to rotate shifts : 8 a 5:30, 4:30 a 1, 1 a 7:00 when needed
