**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing and screening to making offers and welcoming new hires, ensuring operational efficiency in the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft tailored recruiting strategies for assigned roles and customer groups.
- Proactively source top talent using a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with potential hires,
contributing to a solid talent pipeline and supporting future recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team, hiring managers, and others to align recruitment practices and ensure smooth processes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continually refine hiring strategies and improve the recruitment process.
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Ability to effectively prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously, while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset—always looking for ways to improve recruitment practices and drive results.
- Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations, with some management guidance and oversight.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of four (4) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of hiring across technical, creative, and operational roles, with proven success in managing recruitment for select roles with some managerial oversight.
- Strong understanding of Mexico's hiring processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience sourcing talent using various platforms and strategies outside of LinkedIn.
- Fluent in English, with experience communicating in both written and spoken English.
