This full-time attorney role is based at the heart of CDMX. Prior experience in SOFOM a must and you shall also be business fluent in English.The person will be primarily responsible handling compliance matters related to CNBV and Condusef.
Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and handling liasion with regulators.

Experience providing Legal Advice to Fintech/SOFOM business.
Fluency in English is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
Prior experience in regulatory compliance or liaision with CNBV/Condusef regulators.
