Software Engineer (AdTech) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in AdTech, you will architect and refine the systems that drive programmatic advertising. You will focus on optimizing real-time bidding processes and auction dynamics to ensure high-performance ad delivery at scale.

What You'll Do

- Architect and maintain scalable header bidding solutions using Prebid technologies.
- Develop and optimize high-throughput systems to handle real-time bidding and ad exchange integrations.
- Minimize system latency to ensure peak performance during high-traffic ad auctions.
- Integrate and manage connections with supply-side and demand-side platforms using the OpenRTB protocol.




- Ensure all programmatic initiatives adhere to IAB standards and mobile advertising requirements.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AdTech or programmatic advertising.
- Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing the OpenRTB protocol and header bidding solutions.
- Extensive experience with SSP/DSP integrations and working with IAB standards.
- Strong proficiency in latency optimization for real-time bidding platforms and ad exchanges.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
