**Responsibilities**
- Real Estate Video Editing content using Final Cut Pro
- Add 3D text and outline properties in video using Motion VFX
- Collaborate with videographers and real estate agents to understand project goals and deliver high-quality edits that meet style preferences and deadlines.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance the overall production quality.
- Implement AI in workflow and edits using generative AI
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across various platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and content creation.
**Qualifications**
- Proficient experience in video editing with Final Cut Pro.




- Experience within the last year of Real Estate Video Editing
- Experience with Motion VFX or other plugins
- Use of disappearing agent effect, house drop effect, and speed ramps
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Proven color grading skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing and content creation is required.
- Experience with generative AI
