**Customer Service & Outbound Calls**
**Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Eastern Time Zone)
**Overtime pay available** if working beyond regular hours
**Ideal Profile**:
**Bachelor's degree**
- **English advanced**:
- **Spanish advanced**:
- Strong background in **customer service and sales** in the U.S.
- Experience working with **VIP clients**
**Experience Required**:
- **At least 6 years** in customer service and sales
- Previous experience supporting **USA**:
- Skilled in **outbound calls** focused on promotional campaigns (**not cold calling or prospecting**)
- Ability to effectively communicate **special promotional offers** to customers
**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to existing customers to present **special promotions**
Support **sales consultants** by executing strategic promotional campaigns
