**The Role**:
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features, optimizing performance, and ensuring high-quality user experiences. You will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional digital products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Frontend Development & Optimization**
- Develop and maintain user-facing features with clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect UI and a smooth, intuitive user experience.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Optimize for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Review code and provide technical feedback to team members.
**Collaboration & Technical Leadership**




- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers on the team.
- Attend daily standups, sprint planning, and key team meetings.
- Write clear technical documentation.
- Debug and resolve production issues.
**Cross-functional Integration & Architecture**
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver user experiences aligned with business goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend development and explore new technologies.
- Translate product requirements into actionable technical milestones.
- Provide insights into product direction based on technical feasibility and performance.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for long-term product success.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Expert understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem, including React, TypeScript, and testing frameworks.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
