Engineer (Blockchain) at BairesDev As a Software Engineer (Blockchain), you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the next generation of decentralized systems. You will play a key role in developing on-chain architectures, ensuring the security and efficiency of smart contracts while advancing our tokenization and Web3 initiatives.

What You'll Do Design and deploy secure, optimized smart contracts across various blockchain protocols.

Build and integrate robust decentralized applications (DApps) and chain-adjacent services.

Implement and manage high-performance RPC services to facilitate seamless blockchain interactions.

Utilize ERC standards to develop advanced tokenization solutions and digital asset frameworks.





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 libraries and ensure ecosystem interoperability.

Audit and refine on-chain logic to maintain high standards of system security and reliability.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on blockchain development.

Proven expertise in developing smart contracts using Solidity or Rust.

Proficiency in working with Ethereum or Cosmos SDK ecosystems and ERC standards.

Hands-on experience building decentralized applications (DApps) and implementing RPC services.
