Engineer (Mortgage Tech) at BairesDev As a Software Engineer (Mortgage Tech), you will develop high-performance solutions tailored to the mortgage industry, optimizing complex lending lifecycles and ensuring technical excellence in a highly regulated space. You will drive the creation of secure, scalable software that streamlines loan processing and enhances the digital experience for both lenders and borrowers.

What You'll Do Architect and maintain robust software platforms to automate mortgage origination, underwriting, and loan servicing workflows.

Integrate diverse third-party lending tools, CRMs, and financial systems to create a unified and seamless digital space for lending teams.

Implement and govern strict technical standards to ensure all systems adhere to critical mortgage industry regulations and data privacy requirements.





Design and optimize backend systems to handle complex loan data, ensuring high availability and accuracy across large-scale portfolios.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate intricate business logic into efficient code, improving overall operational performance.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on mortgage or lending technology.

Proven expertise in building software for mortgage origination and loan processing.

Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, or .NET.

Deep domain knowledge of US lending workflows and mortgage compliance.

Proficiency in integrating with platforms like HubSpot, LoanPress, or Ellie Mae.
