Engineer (Vert.x) at BairesDev As a Software Engineer specializing in Vert.x, you will develop high-performance reactive applications to handle real-time workloads. You will leverage event-driven, non-blocking architectures to ensure system scalability and responsiveness while maintaining a lightweight resource footprint on the JVM.

What You'll Do Design and implement asynchronous, non-blocking microservices using the Vert.x toolkit.

Develop event-driven architectures that utilize the Vert.x Event Bus for seamless distributed communication.

Optimize application performance by managing event loops and implementing worker verticles for long-running tasks.





Build scalable and resilient reactive systems that handle high-concurrency connections with minimal latency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Vert.x solutions into modern cloud-native environments.

What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Java development.

Proven expertise in building high-performance reactive applications using Eclipse Vert.x.

Deep understanding of event-driven, non-blocking programming and asynchronous patterns.

Strong background in developing and optimizing Java applications for real-time workloads.
